Yeastless puff pastry — 1 pack,
Powdered sugar — 100 g,
Jam (crimson or cranberry) — 1 jar,
Whipped cream — 150 g,
Custard — 300 g
First, we roll the dough a little with a rolling pin to make it thinner and pierce it with a fork – so the dough does not rise too high. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Lay on a baking pan and put into the oven, preheated up to 220 degrees – until the dough has a golden colour (for about 15 – 20 minutes). Take the pan out of the oven and let it cool. Then take a knife and level the crusts. At the same time, mix the custard with the whipped cream.
Grease the first crust (only the first one) with jam.
Then we put a layer of cream, then – another crust, grease it with the cream and we repeat doing it a few times until we have 3 or 4 layers.
At the end, we take the crust, crush it and sprinkle the top of the cake with crumbs.
Before serving, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and decorate it with berries.
